Gravity. Energy. Space. Time. Nootbox Games offers those examples as some of the elements players can manipulate in their upcoming action platformer, Rune Fencer Illyia.
After crash landing in a mysterious kingdom, Illyia, a rune fencer, must survive in the strange, hostile land long enough to find her lost sister. Taking control of Illyia, players must utilize her magical abilities to defeat or avoid the game’s 140+ unique enemy types.
Nootbox games isn’t stacking the odds completely against the player though. Illyia has access to over 100 different types of potions and recipies to help give her an edge against her many foes.
Not to mention the fact that she has badass rune fencer abilities that let her do all sorts of crazy-cool stunts.
Rune Fencer Illyia is expected to release at some point in 2020. The game’s developer, Nootbox Games, hasn’t yet set an exact release date, but the game’s Steam Store page lists a 2020 release.
