As part of the week-long ‘Ubisoft Week’ on Steam, the sales going on today are for the Assassin’s Creed series.
If you have been following the news on Epic Brew about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, Revelations, but have yet to jump into the world of Assassin’s Creed, you should take advantage of these sales.
Assassin’s Creed I: Director’s Cut Edition – $6.80 (66% off)
Assassin’s Creed II: Deluxe Edition – $10.20 (66% off)
Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood – $33.49 (33% off)
The Official Strategy Guide for Brotherhood is also on sale: $13.39 (33% off)
These sales are a little questionable…the first Assassin’s Creed game came out in 2007…is it still worth about 7 bucks? Especially when they had the first two Brothers in Arms games on sale yesterday for $2.50 each.
If you have never play the Assassin’s Creed games, I’d say pick up the first one and get a feel for the game. When it starts to get repetitive switch over to Assassin’s Creed II. The first game is good, but it recycles a lot of the same type of missions, and to save yourself a few dull hours, just catch the ending on YouTube and get into the better Assassin’s Creed II.
I have yet to play Brotherhood.
